The terms
Collecting is free, you pay only if you buy, and printed personalised books cannot be returned for a change of heart, though misprints are always made right.
The free part
Creating a book, sending the link and collecting recipes costs nothing and commits you to nothing. If you never buy, the book simply stays as it is.
Buying
Prices are shown before you pay and charged once, through Stripe. Every tier opens the full book; the printed tiers add physical copies, and the digital tier includes no printed copy.
Printing, honestly
Print is a physical process. Colours vary slightly from screens, trim position can shift by a couple of millimetres, and spine width is set by the final page count. These are the normal tolerances of real books rather than defects.
Delivery
Books are printed and bound in the UK. A delivery estimate is shown when you order; it is an estimate, and the run-up to big occasions is worth building in time for.
Refunds
A printing error, a binding fault or damage in transit gets a reprint or a refund, your choice. A personalised printed book cannot be returned because you changed your mind, which is the standard position for made-to-order goods in UK law. The digital unlock can be refunded within 14 days if no print order has been placed.
Whose book is it
The recipes and words belong to the people who wrote them, and the finished book belongs to you. We keep the files only to provide the service, and we will never print, publish or reuse a book for our own purposes.
